دوستانِ گرانقدر، این کتاب بیشتر حولِ محورِ « اهمیتِ زمانِ حال» و قدرِ هر ثانیه از زندگی رو دونستن، میچرخه ... صدالبته موضوعِ کتاب خیلی خوبه، ولی به نظر میرسه نویسندۀ این کتاب انگار تو این دنیا زندگی نمیکنه، نوشته هایِ کتاب میشه گفت از واقعیت دور بود، از کلّی جملاتِ به اصطلاح پیچیده که زیبا هم به نظر بیاد استفاده کرده و مهمتر از همه، سراسر شعار بود، شعارهایی که بعضاً عمل کردن به اونها سخت و دشوار هستش.
